IMPORTANT: Appointments scheduled at Prince and Broad NYC have a different

cancellation policy. These appointments are limited. Because of this I will require any

cancellations to be made a week (7-days) in advance. Last minute cancellations and NO

SHOWS will be charged the full amount of the missed service.

IMPORTANT: All appointments are reserved just for you. We require a credit card to hold

appointments. You can cancel or reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours in

advance. Your card will automatically be charged for half of the service price if you

cancel last minute. No Call/No Shows will be charged the full amount.

I do not make house calls for chemical services. It is a huge liability. Chemical processes such as lightener services, root touchups, and glossing must be done in a professional setting to ensure the proper results.

Services are guaranteed up to three weeks. Sometimes it takes a time or two to perfect a style in different textures. Got a curl out of place? Maybe the bangs didn't get short enough? No worries. Call up and schedule a Tweak. Come in with hair styled the way you style it and I'll take a look. This service is complimentary and totally worth it. I strive for perfection.  

Bang trims are a must! Fresh bangs can keep your look effortless and chic. I offer this as a complimentary service with all of my women's cuts, but it must be done before 3 weeks. What if I only get my hair cut once or twice a year, or just seasonally? I got you covered. Additional bang trims are only $25!

Always late? I have a three strikes you're out policy. There's always exceptions, but I'm pretty firm on this. I run a very tight schedule and your tardiness effects my other clients. In order to give everyone the time and attention that they deserve, I have come up with this: First time offender, warning. Second time, a deposit has to be paid for your next visit upon booking. Three strikes, you're out. 

Last minute cancellations and no shows are noted and there can be consequences. Be sure to give 24 hours notice. I often have a waiting list and your last minute cancellation could mean someone's lucky day!
